is the sharing process with others and it can lead chnages to be spread through
diffusion process that organizations choose and idea then others in the market
become aware of selection, usually a communication process in the market
networks.Another term we use in chnage and innovation process is adoptation and
this term is one of the most important part for change and innovation process.
